Tropical storm “Quinta” cut across the Visayas on Wednesday, triggering scattered floods and landslides, but mercifully losing steam before it could wreak havoc on the country still recovering from a lethal typhoon that struck three weeks ago.

PAGASA lowered Signal No. 1 in other areas, such as Cebu.

PAGASA meanwhile raised Signal No. 1 (30-60 km/h winds) over the following:

I hope this typhoon will not the same to the typhoon Pablo, many people die, many are lost but until now, they didn't find them...
